Face to face Coaching
If you are ready to create deep and meaningful change in your life, Kuumba will work closely with you to make that happen. Using the unique combination of the Circle of One Coaching model and the energy therapy, Reiki, you will work with Kuumba to
- Achieve clarity and confidence.
- Identify options and make self-guided choices
- Develop your personal insight and intuition
- Take control of your life by recognising that you are at cause
- Bring the best of yourself to every area of your life by taking effective action
Face to face coaching takes place by appointment at one of two venues in either South or Central London.
Coaching runs over a minimum series of four sessions, with each session lasting up to 2 hours.
Telephone Coaching
Just as with face to face coaching, telephone coaching also focuses on
- Achieving clarity and confidence.
- Identifying options
- Developing your personal insight and intuition
- Taking control of your life by recognising that you are at cause
- Bringing the best of yourself to every area of your life by taking effective action
However, telephone coaching also gives you
- the convenience of having your coaching session where and when it suits you
- shorter sessions if you’re pressed for time
- the choice to receive coaching without energy work
Telephone coaching takes place by appointment over the telephone and sessions last for 1 hour. Coaching runs over a minimum series of four sessions.
